Covid-19: Pakistan To Get 5.6m Vaccines in March

According to the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Sunday, about 5.6 million COVID vaccines are expected to arrive in the country by the end of March 2021.

2.8 million Of these doses of Gavi/COVAX are expected to arrive by the 1st week of March and 2.8 million doses by the 2nd week of March.

  • So far, the country has vaccinated 72,882 Front Line Healthcare Workers
  • By the end of June 2021, As many as 17.1 million doses would reach Pakistan

The country has successfully vaccinated 72,882 Frontline Healthcare Workers (FLHCWs) under the national vaccination strategy to date which is being implemented concurrently nationwide.

However, citizen registration over 60 years of age, and the elderly can register the CNIC number in 1166 to register the CNIC number.
