Highlighting the importance of border markets for the prosperity of people living in the unified areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and bordering areas in Balochistan, he said that establishing such markets would not only create employment opportunities for the locals but also help to check to smuggle.
The Prime Minister presided over a meeting to review the progress of the establishment of a market on the border with Afghanistan and Iran, giving orders. The meeting was attended by Maritime Minister Syed Ali Haider Zaidi and related officials via video link.
